Originally from Massachusetts, Jim found the beauty of Colorado early on from skiing vacations and moved to Denver in 1980. His family and career are all rooted in Colorado and his personal involvement in Denver’s commercial growth have provided him extensive knowledge in neighborhoods that have stood the test of time and neighborhoods that still offer opportunities.

 

Jim has built and sold three commercial companies and fully understands the due diligence required in the purchase or sale of any property. His negotiation skills, understanding of contracts, construction knowledge and love of technology make him the perfect advocate for buyers and sellers alike.

 

Working out of the Perry & Co. Landmark office, Jim has always lived in and is especially familiar with Denver and its southern areas.
