"Phenomenal agent - went above and beyond and I know that I could not have sold the home without him. He did an incredible job staging the home out of his own commission, did great marketing, was present for showings or at least checked the home, set up better lighting on timers to ensure the home looked great to buyers, and stuck with me throughout the sale process with an extremely difficult buyer. Could not have done this without him!"

"Scott Stewart is smart enough that he could probably do any job he wanted to, but in the end Scott chose to follow his passion and focus his energies helping clients buy and sell real estate. One of Scott’s strongest uses of his intellect is in negotiating the best deal (price and conditions) for his clients. In the Denver real estate market having a strong negotiator is key to beating out other buyer offers or securing the absolute highest sales price for sellers. Scott excels at this every day. Scott is a great asset to have at Perry & Co. and it’s a pleasure watching him succeed in his career of passion."
