Corrie believes that building a solid client relationship is the foundation of her success in real estate. She is committed to listening to and understanding her client’s goals, and needs, while minimizing their anxiety.  Her personal, down-to-earth approach to real estate, finely honed negotiating skills, and enthusiastic personality is evidenced by over 90% of her business coming from past clients and referrals.
 
Corrie has consistently been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors’ “Roundtable of Excellence”, and is a top producer with Perry & Co.  Her understanding of Denver’s current market trends and statistics, the latest technology, and the nuances of Denver’s unique neighborhoods has assisted her in hundreds of successful transactions. 

Before becoming a Realtor in 2000, Corrie made her living as a middle school English and Math teacher.  From this background she understands the importance of being approachable, giving personal guidance through the entire home buying and selling processes, and that following up with her clients after a sale is just as important as finding them the perfect home.  Her Math skills also come in particularly handy at the closing table when making sure her clients get credited for every penny they deserve. 

Above all, Corrie loves to spend time with her family. Trips to the mountains to ski, hike, and enjoy the scenery provide the perfect balance to her active real estate business.
