As a Denver native, and the son of a life-long real estate father, has given me the understanding of Denver's diverse neighborhoods that few real estate professionals have. In fact, my college years at Midland Lutheran College are the only times I've lived outside of Denver. Denver is, and always will be, my home.
My passions outside of real estate are my family, road cycling, skiing, fly-fishing and camping. Denver is the perfect place in which to live and indulge my passions. I love this city and have truly enjoyed watching it transform and redevelop. I pride myself on always being on top of what is going on in this exciting city.
I have an extensive knowledge of all of the Denver Neighborhoods; including my personal favorites Observatory Park, Lowry, University Hills, Southern Hills, Highlands, Lower Highlands (LOHI), Cherry Creek, Belcaro, and Bonnie Brae. I also have an widespread client history in the suburbs of Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Greenwood Village, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton and Lakewood.
Prior to my 9 years in real estate, I was a Project/Operations Manager for a software firm in the financial services industry. That experience laid the groundwork for my being a detail-oriented, results-driven individual while always holding myself accountable for my failures, as well as, my successes.
Many of my clients have relocated from out of state, are first-time buyers, move-up sellers, or empty nesters looking for that change in lifestyle. I like the additional challenge of trying to please the frugal investors as well. You can see that I truly enjoy all aspects of real estate! In fact, making a living in Real Estate doesn’t feel like work to me. I really enjoy this business and the people that I get to establish relationships with. Each transaction is not just another 'deal' for me. I believe in representing my clients through the agency relationship - putting their interests before my own. I understand that this is your life; you're picking up your family, everything you own and moving all of it into the most important purchase you'll ever make. The person you choose to assist you with this life change is a very important decision, and you deserve to work with a true professional – someone with the utmost integrity, market knowledge and honesty. Someone like Brad Colburn.
"I am a real estate broker in two other states, so I know this world. I chose Brad because he actually cold called my Mom's house, he actually walked the neighborhood. He is a seasoned pro that builds relationships and cultivates new opportunities by actually walking the neighborhood and speaking with people. The number of real estate people that wanted to represent my Mom's property were many, but we chose the one that knocked on our door. We were not disappointed in our choice, everything went along well with our transaction. Brad is wonderful!!!"

"Brad is AH-MAZ-ING. He knows the market, the neighborhoods and tells it like it is (nicely). We had no idea where to start when selling our house but Brad gave us helpful information on what would/wouldn’t work and after being on the market for 3 days we sold for $50k over asking! We’ve moved out of state now...wish we could have packed him up to use again in buying."

"Brad is outgoing and well-versed in selling and buying real estate. He walked us through each step of the process on both sale and new home purchase. When inspection on our home required repairs, Brad lined up contractors in his arsenal and negotiated best possible pricing. It was comforting to know Brad was advocating on our behalf and was willing to help when given issues came up. He stayed positive and encouraging through the entire process."

"Brad was very helpful and responsive. We met him "by accident" as we were stopping into an open house that we knew was way out of our price range, and Brad was the agent working at that open house. We have been trying on our own, and with some friends of friends who were part time agents, and getting very frustrated. Brad knows the market, and helped us to buy our first home!"

"Brad was very professional, and informative. He took the time to meet with us on a personal level so as to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He was courteous and timely in all responses. He helped us get into a place at a very good deal. Great job, Brad! We highly recommend you and will call you when we are ready to move on to another place."

"I employed Brad Colburn to sell my house. He went out of his way first of all by helping me get packed with the help of his friends. I was kept in the loop at all times which was so important. The most important things was that I broken my hip and closing was due, he arranged for the notary to come to the hospital with him to get all of the paperwork signed. I really think he is an asset; we got the house sold the 1st day it was on the market. If I have the chance to give him names of friends who would be moving, I sure will send them to Brad. Thanks so much for all of the help."

“In today’s real estate market it really helps to have a Realtor who ‘stays positive’ - Brad Colburn is that type of professional. Brad’s positive outlook helps his buying clients persevere through low inventory and multiple offer situations to find the right home at the right price. For his seller clients Brad dives deep into market analysis and pricing strategies so that his client’s close the sale on their terms. Besides all that, Brad is a good guy to spend time with. You should positively choose Brad to be your Realtor.”
