Brad Colburn

As a Denver native, and the son of a life-long real estate father, has given me the understanding of Denver's diverse neighborhoods that few real estate professionals have.  In fact, my college years at Midland Lutheran College are the only times I've lived outside of Denver.  Denver is, and always will be, my home. 

My passions outside of real estate are my family, road cycling, skiing, fly-fishing and camping.  Denver is the perfect place in which to live and indulge my passions.  I love this city and have truly enjoyed watching it transform and redevelop.  I pride myself on always being on top of what is going on in this exciting city.

I have an extensive knowledge of all of the Denver Neighborhoods; including my personal favorites Observatory Park, Lowry, University Hills, Southern Hills, Highlands, Lower Highlands (LOHI), Cherry Creek, Belcaro, and Bonnie Brae.  I also have an widespread client history in the suburbs of Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Greenwood Village, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton and Lakewood.

Prior to my 9 years in real estate, I was a Project/Operations Manager for a software firm in the financial services industry.  That experience laid the groundwork for my being a detail-oriented, results-driven individual while always holding myself accountable for my failures, as well as, my successes.

Many of my clients have relocated from out of state, are first-time buyers, move-up sellers, or empty nesters looking for that change in lifestyle.  I like the additional challenge of trying to please the frugal investors as well.  You can see that I truly enjoy all aspects of real estate!  In fact, making a living in Real Estate doesn’t feel like work to me.  I really enjoy this business and the people that I get to establish relationships with. Each transaction is not just another 'deal' for me.  I believe in representing my clients through the agency relationship - putting their interests before my own.  I understand that this is your life; you're picking up your family, everything you own and moving all of it into the most important purchase you'll ever make.  The person you choose to assist you with this life change is a very important decision, and you deserve to work with a true professional – someone with the utmost integrity, market knowledge and honesty.  Someone like Brad Colburn.
