2018 Metro Denver & Colorado July 4th Fireworks Shows

Perry & Co. Realtors have compiled this list of 2018 Colorado July 4th Fireworks Displays for your reference and enjoyment, including virtually every city in the state (over 100 cities).

Alamosa: July 4 – 9:00 pm Fireworks at the Alamosa Fairgrounds at dusk.

Aurora: July 4 – 9:30 pm Aurora Municipal Center – 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy. Aurora, CO 80012. Live music starting at 6:00 pm. Fireworks display on the Great Lawn (west side of Aurora Municipal Center) with patriotic music simulcast provided by KEZW radio AM 1430. Food and beverage booths.

Arvada: July 4 – 4pm-10pm Stenger/Lutz Complex – W 58th Ave & Oak St. Arvada, CO. Various activities, events for children, food, live music, and more. Fireworks at 9:00 pm. KOOL105 to simulcast a music medley choreographed for the fireworks display.

Aspen: July – 4 6-9:00 pm concert. No mention of fireworks this year. No mention of Fireworks. See Fairplay.

Beaver Creek: July 4 – 5-10pm Live music and kid’s activities starting at 2:00 pm at Centennial Park. Fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Bennett & Byers: See Aurora.

Black Hawk: July 4 – 9:30 pm Fireworks start at 9:30 pm.

Boulder: July 4 – 8:00 pm Folsom Field Gates open at 8:00 pm and the Fireworks start at 9:45 pm. Come early and enjoy Ralphie, Funkiphino, School of Rock, Jeff and Paige, Pearl Street Jive, and Beat Frequency.

Breckenridge July 4 – 9:45 pm Breck’s Independence Day celebration kicks off with a 10K trail run and continues throughout the day with the Firecracker 50 bike race leading the vibrant Fourth of July Parade on historic Main Street, July Arts Festival, live music, kids’ activities, concerts and so much more. End the night with the National Repertory Orchestra performing a patriotic concert at the Riverwalk Center followed by fireworks at 9:45 pm (weather dependent).

Brighton: July 4 – 5-10:00 pm Carmichael Park, 500 S. 4th Ave. Brighton, CO. Live music starting at 5 pm Fireworks around 9:45 pm

Broomfield: July 4 – 5-10:00 pm Contact: 303-464-5509 Broomfield County Commons Park 13200 Sheridan Blvd. Broomfield, CO 80020. Various family activities, a free concert by “17th Avenue Allstars” at 6:00 pm & That 80’s Band at 7:15. Fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Brush: July 4 – 9:30 pm Fireworks at 9:30 pm at the Morgan County Fairgrounds.

Buena Vista: July 4 – 11:00am-10:00 pm Lots of activities through the day. Fireworks at 9:00 pm at the Rodeo Grounds.

Cañon City: July 4 – 3-10:00 pm Royal Gorge Bridge & Park. Live music at 6:00 pm. No mention of Fireworks.

Castle Rock July 4 – 9:30 pm Fireworks will blast off this year from the Santa Fe Quarry Butte above Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course at sundown. The show will be able to be seen from almost anywhere in Town. Some of the closer places to see the fireworks include Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course, the Ridgeline Open Space parking lot, or Bison Park.

Centennial: July 4 – 9:00 pm Fireworks from Valley Country Club.

Colorado Springs: July 4 – 5-10pm  Evening will include food, drink, and fun for the whole family. Colorado Springs Philharmonic at 7:30 concluding with thunderous fireworks over Memorial Park at 9:00.

Commerce City: July 1st & July 4 – 7:30 pm-10:00 pm Dick’s Sporting Goods Park 6000 Victory Way Commerce City, CO 80022. Fireworks will follow the home Rapids vs Seattle Sounders soccer game on Tuesday, July 4. No mention of Fireworks. See Fairplay.

Copper Mountain: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks in Frisco over Lake Dillon at 9:30 pm on July 4th. See Frisco.

Creede: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks at dark-thirty from the west side of the hill above town.

Crested Butte: July 4th 4-9:30 pm Music at 7:30 at the Base Area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Fireworks at 9:30.

Cripple Creek: July 4th 9:30 pm Starting at noon, live bands will be providing your favorite hits till 4:00 pm. From 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm, another great live band will play you into the evening with fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Dacono – Colorado National Speedway: July 1st & 2nd 6:30-10:00 pm Racing and fireworks on both July 1st & 2nd.

Deckers: No mention of Fireworks. See Woodland Park

Denver – Civic Center Park/Downtown: July 3rd – Join us for Independence Eve 2018 presented by Anadarko, the ninth-annual free community celebration featuring a concert, light show and fireworks finale on Tuesday, July 3rd, in Downtown Denver’s Civic Center Park (Colfax & Broadway) beginning at 8:00 p.m.  The concert will feature Chris Daniels and The Kings and the 101st Army Band of the Colorado National Guard.

Denver – Coors Field: July 4th 6:10pm-10pm Coors Field Neighborhood Lodo 2001 Blake St Denver, CO 80205. Fireworks after the Rockies vs SF Giants game.

Denver – Denver Country Club July 4th 9:30 pm The DCC opens their east gate across from Bed, Bath & Beyond about 8:30 to allow friends to watch the fireworks show from the fairway. If not, the best place to watch is north of the Country Club along 1st Ave.

Denver – Elitch Gardens: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks at 9:00 pm.

Denver – Sports Authority Field: July 4th 6:30 pm Contact: 720-258-3000 Sports Authority Field at Mile High 1701 Bryant St. Denver, CO 80204. Featuring Denver’s only post-game fireworks show on July 4, the Outlaws offer a unique close-proximity experience with fireworks launched from inside the bowl at Sports Authority Field. The fireworks are paired with a music video tribute on the stadium’s 97-foot wide THUNDERVISION screen.

Dillon: July 4th 7-9pm  Fireworks will be shot over the Frisco Bay Marina and be visible from the Dillon Amphitheatre.  See Frisco.

Durango: July 4th 9:15 pm The Fireworks Show at 9:00 pm will be just west of Downtown and good views are available at any cross street facing west.

Eagle: July 4th 9:00 pm The fireworks show will take place over the Brush Creek Pavilion at 9:00 pm No mention of fireworks.

Empire: July 4th 9:00 pm See Idaho Springs & Georgetown. Fireworks over Georgetown Lake

Englewood: July 4th 3:00pm-10pm Belleview Park (near the corner of Windermere and Belleview) 5001 S. Inca Dr., CO 80110 Field games, activities, and live entertainment from 3 – 9:00 pm. The grand finale is Fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Erie: July 1st 9:30 pm Fireworks on Monday, July 1st at Colorado National Golf ClubAlso see Dacono

Estes Park: July 4th 9:30 pm Bring your blanket or lawn chair and find a spot along Lake Estes. Fireworks at 9:30.

Evergreen: July 4th 10:00am-7:30 pm Evergreen Music Festival featuring the Hazel Miller Band. No mention of Fireworks. See Idaho Springs

Fairplay: July 4th 9:00 pm Front Street. Free Concert with the Walker Williams Band and Kids Activities. Fireworks at 9:00 pm.

Firestone: July 4th 10:00am-10:00 pm Miners Park, 226 Grant Ave. Live music through the day starting at 11:00 am. Fireworks at 9:30 pm at Saddleback Golf Club

Florence: July 4th The fun Wet n Dry Parade will delight children and adults alike. Shoot water guns at the parade floats and enjoy the music, vendors and free family activities. No mention of Fireworks.

Fort Carson: July 1st 9:30 pm Join us at Iron Horse Park July 2nd from 4-10 p.m. for fireworks, live entertainment and family fun at the annual 4th of July Celebration on the 1st of July. Fireworks show on 7/1 at 9:30 pm

Fort Collins: July 4th 11:00 am – 10:00 pm Live music, a beer garden and good ole American fun in the Town Square. Live music starting at 4:15 pm will be located on the South Side of the Hill at City Park at the corner of Sheldon and Mulberry. Fireworks shot over City Park Lake at 9:35 pm.

Fort Lupton: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks at Dusk at Rec Center Grounds. Live music at 7:30 pm

Fraser: See Grand Lake

Frisco: July 4 9:30 pm Fireworks display over the Frisco Bay Marina beginning at 9:30 pm

Fruita: July 3rd 9:00 pm Fireworks on July 3rd at dusk from Snooks Bottom Open Space.

Georgetown: July 4th 9:00 pm 8:00 am with the parade at 11:00 am, and a picnic in town park at noon. The parade will take place on 6th Street with music at the main stage to follow.  Fireworks over Georgetown Lake. See Idaho Springs.

Glendale: July 1st 9:00 pm The fireworks will be fired from Creekside Park at dusk on Friday, July 1st, but are visible at various viewing locations throughout the City. The best viewing is at Cherry and Exposition.

Glendale – Four Mile Historic Park: July 1st 5pm-10pm Annual Four Mile tradition brimming with old-time games and historic demonstrations, new-found joys of food trucks, a beer garden, and a viewing of the Glendale fireworks show.

Glenwood Springs: July 4th 9:00 pm The evening will be capped off by a one-of-a-kind laser performance above the softball field starting around 9:15 pm.

Golden July 4th 12:30pm-10pm 1300 10th St & Maple St. Golden, CO 80401 Activities starting at noon include free rides, face painting, music provided by several bands, and a large fireworks display in the evening.

Grand Junction: July 4th 9:45 pm  Fireworks listed at the GJ Rockies game after the game. (See Fruita).

Grand Lake, Granby, Fraser, Winter Park: July 4th 9:45 pm Fireworks over Grand Lake at about 9:45 pm.

Greeley: July 4th 10:30 pm The Fireworks display will be featured over the northwest corner of Island Grove Park at approximately 9:30 pm.

Greenwood Village: July 4th 7:30-9:30 pm Fireworks at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre after the Train concert. Also click here for the 2018 GV Concerts at The Crescent Schedule

Green Valley Ranch: July 4th 9:30 pm FREE Live Music, Food and Drinks, Kids Zone and Firework Finale at 9:30 pm

Gunnison: July 3rd & 4th 5-10:30 pm Fireworks at 10:00 pm on July 4th after the Imagine concert at Gunnison City Park.

Gypsum: July 4th 7:00 pm Lundgren Theatre Live music from Under A Blood Red Sky: Tribute to U2 along with free hot dogs and ice cream. Then when it gets dark, look up and enjoy a firework show synchronized to music!

Highlands Ranch: July 4th 4pm-10pm  The celebration will start at 4:00 p.m. at Highland Heritage Regional Park concluding with the fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Join us for balloon twisters, face painters, games & inflatables, live music and of course fireworks!

Idaho Springs: July 4th 9:00 pm Idaho Springs will be hosting an afternoon complete with live music and dancing in downtown at Citizens Park, and be sure to stay for fireworks over the Charlie Tayler Waterwheel!

Indian Hills July 4th 7am-1:00 pm Events begin with a pancake breakfast, followed by an Air Life helicopter fly-in and display, a traditional parade, food vendors including a beer garden, and live musical entertainment. However, there won’t be fireworks.

Keystone: July 3rd 9:30 pm Fireworks on July 3rd at 9:30 pm from Lakeside Village

Kremmling: See Grand Lake

Lafayette: July 4th 4-10pm Fireworks at Dusk at Waneka Lake Park, 1600 Caria Dr.

La Junta: July 4th 8:30-9:30 pm Fireworks at dark at the La Junta Rodeo Grounds.

Lakewood: July 4th 5:30 – 10:00 pm Big Boom Bash by Lakewood, a new Fourth of July celebration hosted by the City of Lakewood, includes kids’ activities, community art, vendor booths, local food trucks, a beer garden and more, highlighted by a 20-minute fireworks display choreographed to music provided by MIX 100. See Golden.

Larkspur: July 4th 9:00 pm The Denver Concert Band will be performing on the front of the green and the Perry Park Country club. Fireworks to be held at the Perry Park Country Club at approximately 9:00 pm.

Leadville: July 4th 9:00 pm North America’s highest-elevation town marks July 4th with a Firecracker 5k Run, a rousing parade, and fireworks at dusk set against the silhouette of the highest peaks in the Colorado Rockies.

Littleton – Belleview Park: July 4th 3:00pm-10:00 pm Belleview Park (near the corner of Windermere and Belleview) 5001 S. Inca Dr., CO 80110 Field games, activities, and live entertainment from 3 – 9 pm. The grand finale is Fireworks at 9:30 pm.

Littleton – Hudson Gardens: July 3rd & 4th 6115 S Santa Fe Dr. Fireworks to follow the Super Diamond concert on July 3rd and after Firefall on July 4th. Tickets $26 & $22.

Limon: July 7th 9:45 pm Fireworks at Gaskill Field on Saturday, July 7th at 9:45 pm

Lone Tree: July 4th 4:00pm-10:00 pm Sweetwater Park 8300 1/2 Sweetwater Rd. Lone Tree, CO Residents from Lone Tree and Acres Green are invited to attend Lone Tree’s Annual Independence Day Celebration. Wristbands are required for entry. Enjoy live music and a huge variety of activities including, quad bungee trampolines, climbing walls, face painters, caricature artists, airbrush artists, inflatables, clowns, petting zoo and our popular Celebration Hat making activity. Fireworks at 9:00 pm after the concert.

Longmont: July 4th 9:30 pm For the best view of the fireworks, park at a nearby shopping center and either walk to the fenced area in front of the Jack Murphy arena or watch from anywhere within a one-mile radius of Boulder County Fairgrounds located at Hover & Boston. Fireworks at 9:30 pm. KGUD 90.7 FM will sync their music on air to the fireworks display!

Louisville: July 4th 6:00-10:00 pm Live music starting at 6:00 pm. Fireworks over the Coal Creek Golf Course at 9:30 pm.

Loveland: July 4th 8:00 pm Celebrations at North Lake Park located at the corner of Taft Ave & 29th St. Breathless in Berthoud Border Morris Dancing at Shelter #1 culminating with the fireworks show at 9:17 pm over Lake Loveland.

Manitou Springs: July 4th 9:00 pm The fireworks will be shot off from Higginbotham Flats at 9:00 pm and can be viewed from anywhere in the downtown area.

Montrose: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks can be seen at dusk from Sunset Mesa, Baldridge Park, Cerise Park and McNeil Park.

Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor: July 4th 12 – 9:00 pm Live music starts at 7:00 pm, fireworks at dark at Palmer Lake

Morrison: July 2nd, 6-10:00 pm Bandimere Speedway 3051 S. Rooney Rd Morrison, CO A Family Festival filled with fun for the whole family to enjoy! Drag Racing, Kids Carnival, Rides, Live Music, Troops Salute, Fireworks at 9:45 pm after the Jet Car Nationals on Saturday, July 1st. Tickets $28.

Nederland: July 4 9:00 pm The parade will begin at the Salto and Tin Shed Sports’ grandstand at 11:30 am on Wednesday, July 4th. Fireworks at Guercio Field over Barker Reservoir.

Niwot: July 4th Lots of activities on July 4th but no Fireworks are planned. See Boulder.

Northglenn: July 4th 7:00am-10:00pm EB Rains Jr. Memorial Park 11801 Community Center Dr. Northglenn, CO 80233 Patriotic Pooch Parade, 4-mile and ½ mile runs, military recognition, Bike, Trike and Wheelchair Parade and live music by various bands. Fireworks at 9:00 pm launched on Webster Lake.

Ouray: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks display at dark – favorite spot to watch is Fellin Park but you can’t really go wrong anywhere in town.

Pagosa Springs: July 4th 9:00 pm No fireworks are planned for 2018 but there will be the Red Ryder Roundup Rodeo.

Parker: July 4th 6:00-10:00 pm Salisbury Park, 11920 Motsenbocker Rd. Live music. Food vendors and children’s activities. The fireworks display will begin at 9:30 p.m.

Perry Park: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks to be held at the Perry Park Country Club at approximately 9:00 pm.

Pine: No mention of Fireworks. See Indian Hills

Pueblo: July 4th 3:00pm-10:00 pm The Pueblo Riverwalk main gate located at the intersection of Grand & Main. Live music starting at 3:00 pm culminating with the Pueblo Symphony and Fireworks at 9:00 pm off of the Public Garage roof.

Salida: July 4th 4:00pm-9:30 pm Parade at 4:00 pm in historic downtown Salida, festivities and fun for both kids and adults in Riverside Park, and Fireworks at dusk from the “S” Mountain.

Silver Plume: July 4:00 9:00 pm See Idaho Springs & Georgetown.

Silverton: July 4 9:00 pm No fireworks this year due to the fire danger.

Steamboat Springs July 4th 7-9:30 pm Lots of activities all day long starting at 7:00 am with a variety of events. No fireworks are mentioned for 2018.

Superior: July 4th 7:00am-12:00 pm Community Park 1500 Coalton Rd. Superior, CO Superior Downhill Mile race, parade, pancake breakfast, live music. No Fireworks are planned. SeeBoulder.

Telluride: July 4th 9:00 pm Lots of activities at Telluride Town Park starting at 11:00 am. Fireworks over Mountain Village at 9:00 pm.

Thornton: July 4th 4:00pm-10:00 pm 108th & Colorado Blvd at Carpenter Park Fields. Beer Garden & Food Vendors, Kory Brunson Band at 7:30 pm. Nighttime parachutists jump. Fireworks at 9:30 pm

Trinidad: July 4th 9:00 pm Typically there are fireworks over Trinidad Lake.

Vail: July 4th 9:30 pm Fireworks will take place at Golden Peak at dusk (Approx. 9:30 pm). Fireworks will be synchronized to a powerful musical soundtrack.

Westcliffe: July 4th 9:00 pm Fireworks over Lake Dewees at dusk.

Westminster: July 4th 4:00-9:30 pm Westminster City Park 10455 Sheridan Blvd. Westminster, CO. Live music, food, and games start at 4:00 pm. Fireworks at 9:15 pm.

Wheat Ridge: Aug 11th & 12th 9:15 pm No fireworks on July 4. Fireworks planned for the Carnation Festival on August 11th & 12th at Anderson Park.

Windsor: July 4th 7:00-10:00 pm. Fireworks show over Windsor Lake at 9:10 pm.

Winter Park: See Grand Lake

Woodland Park: July 4th 9:15 pm Fireworks from Memorial Park at 9:30 pm.
