Primary Purpose:
Responsible for creating, overseeing and implementing annual company marketing plan and providing marketing and creative services to the company’s broker associates.

Job Summary:
Position duties include:

  • Create marketing strategies and materials for use by individual sales associates to build their businesses and retain clients including listing and sales packets, brochures, direct mail campaigns, and email content
  • Create annual marketing plan, calendar and budget for sales associates to utilize to build their businesses and to ensure the Perry & Co. brand is recognized in the community at large.
  • Provide creative services and advertising creative direction to the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Train sales associates and assistants to use marketing programs and materials
  • Plan and execute company client appreciation promotional events twice yearly (approximately 1500 – 2000 guests per event)
  • Responsible for management of social media campaigns and business pages (Facebook, etc.)
  • Conceive and compose regular blog articles.
  • Act as company liaison for sponsorship events with Denver metro nonprofit cultural organizations (2-3 events per year)
  • In charge of copy writing, letter composition and other writing assistance
  • Provide marketing support for utilizing our international referral and relocation affiliates, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International™
  • Collect and analyze company sales data for presentations to and management team and sales associates
  • Oversee and protect company brand presentation in print collateral and advertising, direct mail, signage and electronic marketing
  • Work with vendors on company branding
  • Present value-add at weekly sales meetings to sales associates.
  • Handle all public relations for print and electronic media of newsworthy events
  • Represent company at regional, state and national conferences
  • The position will be responsible for creating metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.


Education, Abilities & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, plus experience in real estate marketing and creative services preferred.
  • Adobe InDesign
  • WordPress experience is a plus
  • Experience with basic video production also a plus.

Software Programs Used: Microsoft Office, Constant Contact e-mail marketing program (web-based software), MailChimp, ReColorado’s Matrix and Realist (web-based software)

Success Factors:
The role of the Director of Marketing is of service – to the company as a whole and to the sales associates individually. Many activities are planned and implemented throughout the year in this role and can be measured for their success, however, much of the job is in ensuring that the sales associates feel confident and supported in their sales and marketing efforts –a much more qualitative measurement.
