Pam thrives on the challenge of finding the perfect home for her clients, and negotiating the lowest possible price for them; or, selling their property for top dollar so they can move on to the next stage in their lives. Pam is committed to providing each of her clients with the personal service, attention to detail, and market knowledge they need to make informed decisions and complete a successful business transaction.

Prior to joining Perry & Co, Pam worked for 16 years at Great-West Life, one of the largest employee benefit companies in the country. A native of Colorado, Pam attended Tulane University and received her BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and student government. Pam’s daughter is a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy, and attends Sarah Lawrence College in New York; her son attends Regis Jesuit High School. When not working for her clients, Pam volunteers at Regis, loves watching her son’s ice hockey games and enjoys visits to the family ranch in Westcliffe.
