Barb Perry attributes her successful 25 year career in real estate to her dedication to serving the needs of her clients. She is a relentless advocate for buyers and sellers, alike, focusing on her client’s goals, both personal as well as financial.  The results of her experience, knowledge of the market, exceptional service and attention to detail are evidenced by a very high percentage of referrals and repeat business. Although she specializes in the luxury market, many of her clients have been with her since their first real estate purchase. Barb has been consistently recognized by The Denver Board of Realtors as being among the very top brokers marketing luxury properties.

Barb’s great-grandparents moved to Colorado in the 1870’s making Barb a true Colorado native. She spends her free time with her husband, grandchildren and golden retriever in the mountains – Vail and Steamboat Springs - skiing and biking, or on a golf course. Barb grew up “in the business” as her father started Perry & Co in 1970. Perry & Co remains one of the only privately-owned and locally-managed real estate companies in the Denver metro area. Barb continues a long-, family tradition of service to her clients and the real estate community.

A recent client wrote:
“I really have to hand it to you.  This all happened at a busy time for me and you were incredible about hiring people to do the work, keeping track of things, bringing my pictures, getting rid of my furniture…really things that are above and beyond the call of duty.  You went the extra mile for me and I won’t forget that.”

The present real estate environment presents unique challenges which Barb meets head-on with innovative solutions. Whether you are contemplating buying or selling, call or email her today to find out how Barb may serve your needs!
