René Harding has gone straight to the top of the Denver real estate marketing in her first six years in the business.  Named “Rookie of the Year” in 2004 (which she attributes to her 22 years of previous sales experience), Rene was named one of the region’s Top Producers the following year.  As alumnus of the Graduate Realtor® Institute, she’s proven time and again that she knows how to work the Denver market, particularly the historic areas of Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, Congress Park, Washington Park and the Denver Country Club.  She loves negotiations, sales and has the drive it takes to navigate every deal that comes across her busy desk. 

She’s driven and tenacious in her business, and uses her skills for her favorite charities, the Denver Dumb Friends League and the Down’s Syndrome Association.   In 2009, she created her own foundation to serve a variety of under-served local charities.  Named Cocktails for a Cause, her foundation brings her friends and their contacts together for a cocktail party while raising funds and donations for smaller charities with a specific need – examples to date include diapers, hats, gloves, coats, children’s books and tooth brushes!  

For fun she likes to cook, read, garden, snowshoe, bike, hike and walk her dogs.  But working is fun for Rene, too.  “I love my job.  I love all my clients and I love to sell houses.  Everyday is different; it’s always fun!.” 

René doesn’t see obstacles.  She’s a problem-solver with a glass-more-than-half-full attitude.   There is no deal that Rene can’t make, and, no reason for you to contact anyone else.
