Katharina has been selling real estate in Denver and the Rocky Mountain West region since 1993. Beginning as an agent with local full-service real estate firm Van Schaack, she honed her skills in the existing home market before entering the new home and luxury home markets.   

From 1994 to 1997, Kat worked as an on-site sales representative for first-time and move-up homebuyers. This experience provided her an opportunity to perfect her unique skill in effectively guiding clients through the buying, construction and home design process. Following a successful career selling semi-custom homes and resort mountain property, Kat enjoyed a successful eight-year career in the luxury home market as the on-site sales professional for Denver's most prestigious communities.   

She is especially skilled in matching buyers with the perfect home, and she maintains the highest standard of customer service. Kat's efforts paid off in 2007 with an astounding $30 million in sales volume.  

She brings a spectrum of energy and experience to Perry & Co, and she continues to provide an unsurpassed level of service and commitment. Kat enjoys a high level of both referral and repeat business from past clients and friends.  

Born in Germany, the exuberant dog lover was raised in Denver and attended Cherry Creek High School. She belongs to Cherry Creek Country Club and is one of few members who can boast a hole-in-one.
