Heather Parness has been in the residential real estate business for 16 years. Most recently at Fuller Sothebys as President and Employing Broker, where she oversaw 4 offices with 180+ full-time brokers and staff.

Heather started her real estate career in 1992 with Sears and Company, The Team, an independent firm in Greeley, CO. Since getting her start in real estate, she has gone on to work in sales and management for many of Colorado’s top brokerage firms.

Heather is a member of the Colorado Chapter of the Young President's Organization, and serves as a Member-at Large on their Board of Directors. She is also a Board member for the DDI of the Downtown Denver Partnership. Heather was awarded Manager of the Year for the Denver Board of Realtors in 2007. Parness is a Past President of the Mile High Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also currently a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She graduated from Regis University in 2000 with her B.S. in Business Administration, Cum Laude.

Heather, a Colorado native, is an avid scuba diver and traveler.
