Originally from Indianapolis, Sarah moved to Denver in 2010 after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Arts Management. Her interest in art led her to a small web design company where she was a Project Manager. Recognizing she wanted to spend more time working with people, she found a career in restaurant management. After spending several years in the restaurant industry, Sarah is now a fourth generation real estate broker, helping buyers and sellers since 2014.
Sarah recognizes that purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases of your life. Finding a home that caters to your lifestyle takes thought and careful attention to detail. Sarah knows this is important and would love to have the opportunity to assist you through that process. You’ll find that Sarah fiercely negotiates for your best interests, but makes the process of buying and selling fun with her expertise on your side.
Communication is a key component in any real estate transaction and Sarah prides herself in her ability to communicate consistently and effectively with her clients. Sarah also excels at helping newly relocated clients to the Denver area find their perfect home, and was awarded the 2016 Relocation Agent of the Year by Perry & Co.
Having such an interest in the arts and restaurants and an uncanny sense of adventure, Sarah prides herself on her knowledge of local restaurants, up-and-coming neighborhoods, new microbreweries, and the latest music, festivals, and art events that are happening around town. Want a night out on the town, or a good recommendation for dinner? Give her a call, she knows just the place.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling the world and experiencing all the wonderful cultures it has to offer. Locally, you can find her on the ski slopes in the winter, and hiking in the mountains in the summer. She’s a sucker for a good patio and a cold beer and loves spending time hanging with her friends exploring all the Denver has to offer.
