Cody’s career history is heavily centered on customer service, making the transition to real estate an easy move. After moving to Vail in 1999 from Chicago, Cody ski raced for Ski Club Vail for ten years and finished his career racing for the CU Buffalos. Since then, Cody has been a ski instructor at Beaver Creek, and has also worked for Sonnenalp Golf Course. His six-year background in the seasonal service industry in the Vail Valley has led him to Denver to pursue a Real Estate career, successfully helping buyers and sellers alike throughout the metro Denver area. Cody began his real estate career with a small, investor-oriented, residential, and commercial firm, but is excited to be with Perry & Co. working with buyers and sellers at all price points.
When he isn’t out enjoying his Curtis Park neighborhood with his wife and dog, he loves skiing, golf, fly-fishing, and taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors. He is an active volunteer at Denver Urban Gardens, working to foster community in the urban core by growing heathy, fresh produce and uniting neighborhoods.
In his own words:
“I love forming new relationships with clients, giving them the attention, market knowledge, and marketing tools they need in order to facilitate the next chapter of their lives.”
“I joined Perry & Co. not only for their small, boutique firm atmosphere, but also because of their loyalty and dedication to the Denver community for the last 45 years. I also love that our value speaks to luxury in all price points.”
